Alpha N on ITB's

Just looking for some advice please.

My tuner has mapped my car on Alpha N, and we have one vacuum line going from the runner 4 on the manifold to a vacuum block, and from this it tees off to the brake booster and fuel pressure regulator.

However I am finding that taking the vacuum just from runner 4 isn't enough to fully power my brake booster, (the brakes are decent-ish, but they aren't brilliant).

Now I've changed it so that we are taking vacuum from all 4 individual vacuum take-off's on the itb's and now the brakes are very strong.

I know Alpha N is very sensitive to changes as alpha n relies on pre-determined fuel tables and so my question is: by making this change to the vacuum system, will the car need to be remapped again? (I'm thinking that due to the increased vacuum felt at idle by taking vacuum from all 4 runners, we will now have a lower fuel pressure on part throttle and so this would require a remap?)

Sorry for the noob questions, I'm still very much a novice! REALLY APPRECIATE ANY HELP!
