Ali's GT 4 Carlos Sainz

Ali has been a customer of ours for a long time now. He first came to us with his Pulsar GTi-R which we remapped and got to around 330hp. However Ali got bored of the pulsar and after a few years decided to take on an entirely new project. He decided upon a Carloz Sainz GT4. Right at the beginning Ali spoke to us about his ideas for this car, and like so many they were fairly simple to begin with. However agian like many projects things didnt always go as expected.

Firstly, the previous owner of the car had blindly fitted a bleed valve, and it was reported that the ECU light would come on. We warned Ali that it was probably over boosting and that it was best to remove it or turn it down. The standard 3SGTE engine is not known for its durability and previously we had seen this quickly lead to the head gasket failing, sure enough this started the whole project...
