Alarm clock sound

So, I just discovered that if you hold the lock button on the switch next to the handbrake, with a door open, there's a weird alarm clock sound. Is it just a warning sound or a snazzy trick installed by Nissan to make our journeys fun?! Ha.

Seriously, why does it do that?

You sure it's not the sound of the police car pulling you over for driving with your door open?

i think it's sort of a proximity warning buzzer
goes off if the key isn't quite close enough to the immobiliser when you put your foot on the brake to star her up (keyless)
there's another fun noise if you open the door with the lights on ^_^

I don't have the keyless.. . Its weird! Ha
