took some time looking for the problem.. timing chain was fine.. new set of spark plugs, new set of high tension wires.. and found it at last! ..dizzy was f*cked up and had to be fixed.. my bud had to change what he called "condenser".
all is well now but engine running a little lean since the port and shave, i guess more jet tuning have to be done.. anyways will post vid with the new rhythm of the engine when i get a chance..
