air bag light + steering wheel

Q.1 on the k11 can i take my factory fitted STEERING WHEEL off and put a performance type but what should i do about the air bag light on the dish?


Q.2 dus anyone know if the NISSAN PULSAR GTIR STEERING WHEEL will fit a nissan micra k11 ?

A1. I'm sure there is a step by step instructions somewhere on the MSC site about removing the steering wheel, but I think you have to remove the appropriate fuse and make sure you disconnect the positive battery lead.

A2. Someone else?

A1, 2x star bolts at the back of the wheel iirc (but what price do you put on your life :suspect: )

i know how 2 take it off i what 2 kwn about the air bag light more coz when the air bag go out the light come on on the drash

take the dash apart and remove the warning light for the airbag. job done!

what about 4 the M.O.T dont you need the factory fitted STEERING WHEEL for it ???

no. you can have any steering wheel. but it will fail if airbag light is on, even if there is no airbag fitted.

No you can have an after market steering wheel for the MOT
