Can anybody tell me how to get a 2002 K11 through a mechanical car wash with its aerial intact? The thing does push down flat against the roof but of course isn't telescopic, and I don't believe for a moment that flat against the roof is enough for it to escape the ravages of the brushes.
For a car that was designed as a convenient run-around I can't believe there's no easy way to remove it for this purpose, but it doesn't look like it's quick to remove and put back? Looks like I'd have to take pliers to it to get the collar to turn and then pull it off?
