Offset is how far in or out the hub of the wheel (part the bolts go on/in) is from the outer edge/lip (or is it inner?) of the rim (I believe)
Described as ET followed by a number

The width of the wheel is the j (or jj) number

The width of the wheel is just the number, the letter i.e J or JJ is flange iirc.
