5 door length

Love my 2 door K11 but it's not the most practical thing with 2 growing kids.

Is the 5 door the same length? Does it offer any more space or just better access?

The 3 door looks a bit sportier but I actually prefer the 5 door

Looking at an old brochure on the Internet Archive, it seems the size is exactly the same except for the 5door version weighing 10kg more. Having parked my 3door next to a 5door I can tell you that at least visually it's identical in size.

The design with five doors is, in all honesty, a lot more attractive.

3dr doors are longer to allow better access to the rear seats but harder to slip through in tight parking spaces.

5dr have shorter front & rear doors & windows, allowing em to open slightly more in tight spaces for easier access.
Rear doors adding extra weight due to window mech, lock mech & extra door structure.
