Any one know if a 3door and 5door rear arch is the same shape as I’m trying to find a replacement outer panel but all I can find is 5door and mine is a 3door!! Cheers

the arch is the same shape but the panel still may not fit. it will also be a bitch to weld in and not distort the panel.
have you tried looking for a rear quarter panel?
other option is as ever the scrap yard where you can drill out the spot welds and cut the panel closer to the swage line making your life easier.

Not my problem as I’m not the one doing the work on the car!! Thanks for the info
Ok, I'll put it a slightly different way.
Your friendly local body shop and welder may not fit it as they will be worried about major distortion across a panel.
