1998 NM spark plug change

Hi all im new on here as you can see

ive just got a nissan micra 1998 and i need the spark plugs changed, any ideas which ones i should get?

the recomended ngk ones are ok for standared cars or if u wan the best you can get the ngk iridum plugs thay last alot longer than the normall ngks but it not realy worth it
