1997 vibe. Random miss fire

Now and again i get a miss fire and cuts out when stopped
And engine ticks over on 3 cylinders until accelarator
Pedal is pressed. Is this a throttle body problem

yes it could be service it first.

Got done in summer. I put new plugs in yeaterday
It wasnt as bad but still cut out n missed slightly
Il see how it goes. Its only a run around got 2 of em
Little crackers

Bought it 2 months ago. Got a garage receipt

Miss fire. But good car

throttle body is one thing that can give in, and theirs a guide to service it free yourself.
sunroof maybe a drainage pipe blockage

a straight trough exaust can cause cut out/ lack of compression..

and have ye tried the distributer maybe there miss firing ur spark plugs?

How do u clean the sun roof drains?

are the plugs the right standard heat grade and gapped correctly? if by NGK it should be bkr5e-11 and gapped at 1.1mm
remove the dizzy cap (prefer to mark the dizzys position, remove the dizzy off the head then unscrew the cap) n wirebrush the white oxide off the 4 contacts.
get the cylinder compression checked they're equal.
