1997 SR Driving light/fog light help

Hi guys, found out from Joe Southgate that the front fogs on the Sr are driving lights not fog lights and do not require a switch,button, or place on the left stalk...
Obviously they're standard, and have been plugged into the connectors already there, I've changed the bulbs, but still don't work when I turn on the main beams..
Is there a relay? Or something I'm missing?
Any help appreciated!

Have you put them on main beam the switched to high beam (so blue light is on dash)
