160SR First Impressions

Had my 160SR for about an hour now.....

Driving position is very high, guess I'll get used to it.
It's no hot hatch, but it's still very nippy.
Looks very smart in the Met Black.
It's very well built, I'd even go so far as saying it's better built than my last Clio 182.

Need to order a set of mats, still can never understand why they don't come with mats?!?

Filled it up and reset the trips, averaged 34mpg on the way home so that can only get better as the engine beds in.

A hot hatch imho is more like the Clio 182, Fiesta ST etc.
The Micra in comparison is a warm hatch.

not seen the esp in action yet, although tbh it will become 2nd nature to turn it off everytime I start the car (I feel it intrudes too much/often).

I've only done 30miles or so in it

The Air Filter is tiny, so any change there will improve the engines breathing.

i love the esp,its really good on long sweepers that are at high speed,,the tight one tho that you wanna take fast it does actually slow u down and is better to turn it off

They dont come with mats because you're meant to haggle and get them thrown in for nowt

what the F*** mines only a 1.2 and its doing 37.8mpg


and its now just hit 7000 miles. Must be that extra power thing i have over a 160sr.
