14inch micra alloys, what can I lower it to on the springs?

Hiya just fitted set of 14 inch micra alloys, just seeing what lowering springs size would I need ? To get rid of the gap haha... Cheers

did you moded the Panhard Rod?

I saw H&R markings at my rear springs, but car seems stands like stock...

Yes I put an adjustable panhard rod on.
