1.3 engine not reving right around 2.5 to 3K

engine is hesatent between 2.5k n 3k when i put my foot down in most gears, just done a full service plugs leads discap and arm plus rest of bits and it still does it any ideas on what to try cheers

induction kit on but was like it before just not as bad

i would that looks about right anything i can do

check your ignition timing just to make sure its what it should be . 15 degree's before TDC iirc
