Just checked owners manual .... No Engine check light ..... mine was built before the Ark :) I have Oil, Brake, Handbrake, Battery, and Air bag ..... and if it was a a grown up Micra it could also have ABS, NCVT........ Thats the list out of the handbook .... So assume thats why i cant find...

Dont think I have the luxury of engine warning lights on mine lol If you turn key off the lights on dash do go out If it stalls they come on ie back to ignition "on" position....

HI ... when your ign switch went ... did all the lights go out on the dash ... or did it just cut out but lights remained lit ? What makes me think it isnt the switch is when it cuts out ... the normal ignition lights are still on and when you try to turn it over it turns ... but simply wont...

Also I did the waggle the key in the ignition while the car is running and apart from the key coming out of the ignition while the car is running and having to coax it back in lol it causes no issues and feels tight .... I also gave the harness to the back a good waggle ... I have already...

I always jacked mine up on the arms ... although if you look at the end of what i call the two channels running under the car you can see the stronger parts at the ends ...... oh and dont ever tow the car with the "eyes" as they are tie down eyes lol :) Tempted me to buy another ... was...

Hi All Just had the TB off the daughters SR and soldered ALL of the joints - made a huge difference While off the car i noticed that the bracket and set up for the cold start (assume its for cold start anyway) waxstat at the rear of the TB was bent over Anyone know how to set this up...

If you have been doing short journeys then nothing to be worried about I would imagine that hole in the oil cap will be a nice little place for a little condensation to collect Also Check for white gunk on dipstick and if you can see in the oil filler cap to see if any gunk in there...
