In cars that don't have traction issues / lower power pod is slower imho. Proper drag setups pod is obviously going to be better. Its scary watching the levels of grip @ pod. I totally bent engine mounts there on the ST. But it always has a pretty strong head wind which is a complete pain.

It might, but it will run badly. Don't be alarmed by fuel pressure not holding when off. If it works when on then its fine.

imho, people usually find Santa pod a slower track than Crail.

Then you may have a transmission problem etc. binding breaks etc could also cause this.,

It doesn't matter, it has hydraulic lifters. But you need to make sure you get them right, you can tell by looking closely.

Those are shims. One is keyed one is just a flat tablet shape. Get them on the wrong way round and they snap, rockers then fall off and all hell can break loose. Still think your on a hiding to nothing long term with this - sorry to say.

Sure you don't mean hydraulic lifters? That engine is not looking very well. I'd seriously just replace it with another one.

Epic fail... Wont work on a K12 without throwing up all kinds of error codes and deeply upsetting the stock ecu.

Nats removal is £100+return postage. Or I can supply an ecu with disabled nats for £150.

All K10s have them (Or did have) If you unplug them some times no difference is noticed!! Especially if non standard carb is fitted.

Its probably the time of year and the style of driving tbh. If it will do 60+ then I'd suggest there are no problems. You should fill up and then re-fil to measure litres after 100 or so miles and calculate mpg to see if it tallies with the computer.

What kind of journeys are you doing? Roughly how long are they and through what kind of areas?
