i had the same problem, after trying for about 3 hours using brute force and grinding it i just took it to a garage and they blew them out with a blowtorch and fitted the new backbox for a tenner

Ive got a conzult wire/plug and a disc with the trial version of conzult off ebay and just wondering what you can actually do with it? as all i can do with it is turn the cooling fan on and off. only thing that i can think of that it might be is that i am using a serial to usb conversion cable...
