When i did my K10 belt, you just slacken off the alternator bolts, one is a variable one, push the alternator down a bit to get the old belt off, put the new belt on, then pull the alternator as hard as you can while doing up the bolts... Pretty easy job, not 100% sure if its the same on k11s

Yeah i just changed mine for a lightened one but it wasnt that light lol So i have my standard one that would be good to knock off as much as possible :) Ill measure it tonight

Sounds like its the common 1.3 cams into the cg10...

The bulb holders always melt on the K10s!! Its so common! Also common on almera gtis too
