any motor factors/shop should be able to make brake pipes, or you buy the pipe and the flare tool and make em ya self.

my fan does it in the cold on me corsa, its the bearing in the fan motor, never sprayed any thing at mine, another decent fan motor will cure it.

get the new x member and get it done right the first time, sounds like ya got a good, friendly garage there :)
