    worn brushes on the heater motor maybe ? (never worked on a k12 tbh) and try an obd scan gauge for live data reading (sensor voltage while driving etc) i use one of these on my little toyota

    yes the sensor generates it own voltage when hot (there are some vids of mine on here, search "bouncing") so meter on the signal wire and earth. then check that signal wire when plugged in also

    i would check the voltage output from the sensor with a meter (plugged and unplugged) there may be a corroded connector that is leaking out from the sensor heating wires ?

    yes, and chains are the same steve, and black ga16 injectors with an adjustable fuel reg to fine tune them

    you gain some cc from the 1mm bigger bore and stroke steve (5% 4hp maybe ?) 12:1 compression should gain about twice that high compression and wild cams ideally for track use

    straight fit, but more gains from the 1.0 piston 1.3 than the ported head steve is it skimmed ?

    the o2 sensors can only generate 1v, so i would be looking for a dodgy connection somewhere (bad earth maybe ?)

    the k11 engnes (cg) were used on forklifts etc billy, i had an lpg one from a refrigerator pump that had a massive pulley and cam lobes machined down sounds your ma engine was a forerunner for those ? that stator setup s a new one on me the haynes manual s very detailed on your engine

    the drive should be the same billy, some of the coils were 9v + ballast resistor tho

    cam/crank angle sensor mate the optical disc inside the dizzy if its working you will hear the injectors click and then point to a coil or wire issue no click could point to a coil/wire/transistor/optic/ecu issue

    the dizzys usually fail when hot steve, and work again when cooled down there is an injector clicking test in the pdf manual, that confirms if a cas signal is there

    nats only cuts the injector signals mate, so it will run with petrol dropped down the throttlebody when nats fails the link might be for members only ?
