Abs and brake warning light flickering intermittently

There's a spray you get called something like electrical contact cleaner. That's prob the best one to use.

1.5 DCi possible turbo on its way out?

Would that be the sensor that measures the pressure of the boosted air between the intercooler and the engine intake? Update: Just done a Google and I think it is. Look here at picture E:, probably the easiest part on the car to find and remove :D.

    Steering Noise 2006 K12

Possibly the bearings at the top of the struts? (Dunno what they're called, the ones that allow the shocks to turn as you steer). They were dead graunchy on my dad's previous 'rolla but he never did let me change them for him.

I paid £80 to fit a set of Spax springs but that was 10 years ago. Would do it myself now though, not a big job.

    Hi

Nice K12's! Particularly like the green job - is that yours or the wifes? I have a K12 Micra website that should be back online shortly after a bad host induced absence of a few months. All sorts of how-to's for the K12 :-). Will post when it's up...

    Newbie... Micra 160sr

I used to have a 160SR but the only mod's I ever did were grooved discs with Green stuff pads and a K&N panel filter. One thing I did notice when I removed the exhaust mani heatshield was the exhaust manifold is welded stainless steel with individual branches and the tubes were barely an inch in...

Anyone got a decent guide for front bumper removal?

Thanks R-reg, certainly quicker than the official method :D. I like the diagram!

Anyone got a decent guide for front bumper removal?

I've just washed a large oily patch off my intercooler and can see one of the tubes has a large stone dink in it that's obviously blowing oil mist out. An intercooler is fairly cheap on ebay but it would be a lot easier with no bumper ...

    Replace front springs 2005 160SR.

Pretty easy job as long as you can borrow a rattle gun to get the top nuts off. There's a how-to on my website but unfortunately it's gone because of a useless hosting company :-(.

    My turbo is goiinnngggg........

Alex, the turbo is a small Borg-Warner unit. There's a company in Blackpool in the UK that does rebuild kits (including an 'enhanced' one) and they should be able to post one I'm sure :-).
