I am looking at getting Alloy Wheels for my Micra, 02 reg K11, stock 1.0 It currently has the standard wheels but want to put some decent alloys, what is on offer? Would you recommend 14" or 15" alloy wheels? Thanks :)

Right, as the title says I am thinking of painting the interior but have no idea on what color I should go for (my Micra is silver btw) so I am after a bit on inspiration. Pics please if you got them. few questions of painting the interior then, Sand them with wet and dry paper, Then primer...

The seal between the box and the botton part which holds most of the oil....am probably not explaining right but I got a video, I will post it later.

The joy is short lived, I have got a massive leak between the sum & the box, the seal/gasket is broken. I have looked at it and there 12 or 13 bolts holding it together so is it a case of undo bolts remove the bottom, remove the old seal, clean and then put the new one on and bolt them?

Update.. I put 1.0 gearbox today and you have no idea how it felt to see it drive:) :):) It was nightmare to level/align the box (I nearly gave up at one point) but once the first bolt went in It was straight forward. There were few casualties along the way though, I broke 2 sensors and 1...

What is the attached connector? Please tell me it aint that important:( I broke the one on my old box and the new box came with a broken one as well.......BUT apart from that the boxes are identical (the new one came from 1.0 auto coilpack) so I should be up and running soon :)

Nice one mate, I have seen the bolts now...they were hidden behind the the torque converter. Does it matter which way i turn the flywheel (clockwise or anti clockwise) to undo the bolts?

Guys need a bit of advice please. Now that the box is out, how would I know if the torque converter is bad/good? What is holding the torque converter to the engine? Cant see any bolts or anything at all Pictures coming

Thanks guys for all your help...the box is out now (first time I have taken one out).....it will be taken to specialist to see if they can sort it out...,am also still on the look out for a replacement one

Thanks frank. I think I have got them all then.....check the attached pic....plus 2 from starter motor, 1 which held the battery wire to the box.....both mount (rear and left) out but the thing is not budging:( I will try it again tomorrow and hopefully I will get lucky

I am stuck too, i believe i removed every bolt but still cant get it out....does anyone know exactly how many bolts hold the box to the engine? I have feeling maybe I have missed one:( I have got a bag full of bots now lol...Btw Mine is Auto
