I do miss the look of those 17's for the style,having higher profile tyres fills the arches well on the 16s though. If could have got those old alloys in 16's cheap i would have. But the 16's only cost me £50 with legal tyres all round,silly not to buy them lol Sent from my C2105 using Tapatalk

Ive had 2 sets of 17“ alloys on my 12,both had 205/40 which made the ride a bit harsh on rougher roads. Im currently on renault scenic ostra alloys. These are 16" 205/45/16 and the ride is lovely. Not sure about the effect on radius,but its comfy :) Sent from my C2105 using Tapatalk

Think its the same ritual for removal. Front pillar covers need to come off,then unclip the top of the dash,that reveals a bolt holding the whole surround in place,undo that then the 2 screws under the surround (just above heater control panel,then the whole lot can come away,the stereo is...

Theres plenty of slack on wiring for both,so no reason they cant be swapped round,as imagine screen from player would block the view of the trip. Dimensions seem identical and both screw into the panel the same way. Sent from my C2105 using Tapatalk
