As we've established on here recently its down to budget.
From a cut spring to weighted and rated coilovers.

Let us know your budget and we'll go from there

That will get you a set of coilovers. They require minor modifications to fit but they're the best option

My opinion:

Fit fronts as per my blog, for rear use the corsa shocks and cut micra rear springs.
Total cost circa £165, should see you to up to roughly -75 rear and up to roughly -90 at front (maybe more), MOT passable.
Disclaimer: So far untested, but will be testing a very similar setup myself over the next month or so so keep your eyes peeled if you'd rather wait til its been proven)
