you dont find " bolt on " jets to e'm needs soldering , drilling etc , and you find anything usefull jets to it whitout lambda .. and uses a LOT of fuel .. worth testing still .. ( whit out mot )

@ micra king

well first of all sir its because k11s are import cars here in our place and its pretty hard to get spare parts.

second my throttleboddy was acting up since my maf sensors are down for the count..

third need more flow

and finaly, efi tuners are a very rare breed here since the technology to tune ECUs are for people with VERY deep pockets xD

nice one aki ;-), i think most variable venturi carbs like those use the profile of the needle rather than jetsize for the metering/air fuel ratio (akin to the old SU carbs, which used 1 jet size and hundreds of different needle shapes) and the acceleration enrichment is controlled by the rate at which the dashpot is allowed to lift eh

yes sir my k11 was already converted to left hand drive when i bought it.

@frank
i will keep that in mind sir and will check the needle settings too.
thnx for the tip.

@micra king

im not really concerned on fuel economy since im after the performance improvements.. and yes sound of the exhaust is different compared when it was still efi

@sportsclassic
im using stock ignition system sir.. will be changing to coil packs soon with msd when i save up some more cash xD.. and yes i changed the fuel pump since the stock one had too much psi

right now im forced to chage to headers since the intake did a lot of improvements but the current exhaust is stock.. the engine is choking when i get the rev upto 4k due to over restrictive exhaust manifold..its like when you need to sneeze but there are a lot of booger on your nose that's clogging up the air flow :D

will post pics soon..

lol found the problem.. the timing was too far advanced and had to turn it down a bit.. now running under 155 jets and working fine.. better throttle response compared to the EFI.

maybe it sounds like that cause my mufler is directly below the driver seat. no more pipe extension to the rear.. its just headers, a couple of feet of pipe, then muffler.

@LonePhantom
thanks..i did get lots of power and instant throttle response compared to the efi.

@sportsclassic
well all sensors connected to the throttle body were removed since they are of no use anymore.. the only things connected to the ecu is the dizzy.. but will change it soon when we find some replacement dizzy that doesn't need the ecu to run it.. and maybe put an MSD so that i could play some more with the fueling..

been having trouble since got the heads ported and shaved.. major improvements on the 3000 upto 7200 rpm.. BUT.. engine stalling if running the car below 3000 rpm.. hesitating and sounds like coughing.. but when i rev up the engine upto 3000 rpm and above, engine goes wild even outran my buds 1.2L honda hatchback last night with my rpms all out to 7200.. sad thing is undrivable in traffic bcoz engine dies if running it under 3000 rpm..
