WTD: Drivers K11 seat belt buckle/ bit on the seat!!!!

no idea what it's called in such a rush to go to work but I need the bit that the seat belt clips onto (the part thats bolted onto the seat) ASAP please

the car is been sold on Wednesday and it's decided to completley descintigrate meaning I have to use the passanger one :S great timing eh?

car is M reg/ 1995

ASAP PLEASE!! I cannot fathom how stressed this is making me feel.
