I may do but was hoping some one may have something knocking around.

Theres a big difference in 2nd hand prices and new.

buy some 60mm stainless steel and make a side exit paul, this one is mainly alloy but was surprisingly easy to do, and its not loud eh (till you open the drivers window )

Did you bend or weld any of it or use a straight pipe with angled ends?

there,s a kink on the front pipe near the a/r/b paul (the steel bit) and a 90deg bend eh, the rest is straight tho, and can be made from alloy

Did you pre drill the holes and make the sleeve to go over the top? Did you use anything to pack the sleeve out

the alloy one was drilled paul, and alloy sheet thats been rolled, but perforated s/s is pretty cheap tho, and rockwool/exh wadding innit
