When you mean speedo, are you talking about the dash cluster? What sort do you want? Slx/lx or super s?

You are not allowed to buy or sell second hand seat belts. Its illegal to do so. Meant to buy them new and thats it so keep that one on the down low if you find any.

Yes, plug and play on an slx. You will need to run a signal wire for the tacho on an lx off the distributor.

Low the JDM ones dont work properly in the UK built micras as they have different gauges. There is plenty of info on here about it if you search for it.
