Might be series 2 but not Aus series 2.
They look like UK facelift style to me.

I still have a brand new set for the front doors (4 door) which I purchased new from a UK Nissan dealership and had shipped over.

The speaker grill does not align with the door speakers in our models and all the clips for the trim are in different places to the holes in the door.

I still have those ones I mentioned earlier. They are brand new.
Could be made to fit but you'd need to plan on retrimming the entire door etc.
