WTB Jap Indicator/wipers

I've seen a few threads that say it's possible but no-one has said they've done it?
I'd like to buy a Jap spec indicator/wiper assembly and have a go fitting it myself. I hate the left side indicators, about the only thing I don't like in a micra.

So, who has one?

my mate tryed it in my car, had the seperate indicator storks but apperently you actually need the whole column unit.

All our K11 March (Micra) are from Japan with indicators on the right side of the column.
There's often parts available here www.trademe.co.nz

Anyone else got one?
Would it be illegal to fudge with it till it fit? Maybe modify it or something...
