Wiper Problem??

Hi Guys,

The front wiper acted strangely earlier... was moving and stopped suddenly. Tried switching off the wiper and restart it, and they started moving again. This happened a few more times and eventually stopped moving totally...

What could be the problem? Time to change the wiper motor or is it a relay problem??
