Wiper problem

When i stick my front wipers on the slowest speed sometimes they work perfect but sometimes the move a bit and stop. But if i hit the arm off an on they will move a bit again. then after a few go's they work grand again. could it be the switch. Any ideas people

Yeah could be the switch or dodgy motor...id try the switch firstly tho. £5 from a scrappy

doesnt seem like the motor, ill try the switch and see how that go's
