This is my first post on this forum and from the looks of it, it looks as though somebody will have the answer...I hope.
I have just serviced my daughters 1.0L Micra (1994) and found that the bonnet was catching on something when I tried to lower it. It turns out to be the wiper arm, the spindle of which seems to have a large ammount of movement as it goes into the body off the car. I have removed the black plastic trim and it looks as though there should be a grommet or sleeve for the spindle between the wiper arm and the actuator mechanism that goes to the motor. Is this the case and if so, what is it called? Where can I get them from and are they easy enough to fit. On the other hand, I may be well off the mark so...help?
