whining gearbox k12 1.2

:k12cop: i would like to ask you fellow k12 1.2 micra owners about a problem with my gearbox, i took my micra to a dealership becuase i was hearing a kinda whining noise which i think is the syncromesh's but its heard from 2000rpm all the way to red line only in 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear i was told by the garage there were no leaks from the gearbox because i initially thought the problem was lack of lubricant , but then he said to me that the syncro's for the micra gearbox's were cut differently from the other gearboxes fitted to various other nissan vehicles so my question is do you guys who own a k12 1.2 88hp have the same problem any information would be thankfully appreciated thanks

my k12 hasnt had this problem however my other car Alfa 147 has. it makes a nasty grinding noise. it was fixed shortly by the dealer.

its not a loud whining its quite faint
