Which lowering springs are the best

Hows it going guys. Im looking for the best lowering springs in the 30mm-40mm range, i was looking at COBRA springs as well as APEX springs but both arent japanese brands and im a jdm man myself so if anyone knows of any japanese springs please get back 2 me. also does anyone know where u can get a frount grille with black mesh for a 99 k11 as my cars blue with black 15 inch rims and if i get the stance it will look sweet.CHEERS
