which engine oil

whats the best one to use,
is it better to use castrol gtx magnatec 5/30 or 10/40 semi synthetic or castrol edge 0/30 fully synthetic or mobil 0/40 fully synthetic or 5/40 fully synthetic.

its for a 93 1.3 auto march k11
and a
99 1.0 micra auto k11(facelift model)

Castrol GTX Magnatec 10w40 Fully Synth works well for me
