Where my reverse light go????

It's me again - Just realised my reverse light isn't working, now I've checked my bulbs and fuses - all fine. I've swapped the clusters over to check the contacts and they are both fine!

Anyone know what could be the problem here as I can't find a fault apart from that it just doesn't come on when i put it in reverse!

It is the switch in the gearbox most likely that has gone, i am sure that some-one on here who has actually fixed it can tell you how, but I fear it will mean draining your box of oil

This has happened on my K10 and we believe that the switch is also the problem.

Reverse lights arent needed to pass an MOT, however they're quite useful to have! A bodge solution is to wire a switch into the reverse light system so you can manually turn them on and off.
