Where is this loosen vacuum line coming from?

The idle on my 93 1.3 micra is rough for a very long time.
Around 1000rpm, it reminds like running on 3 sparkplugs...
Recently i found a thread where it says that if your idle drops when you are braking, you have loosen vacuum line.
And I found one!
Its that white plastic below the distributor where it has 2 hoses

The one from right is loosen.
The one from left its going to a Y splitter, one is going behind the throttle body, other one into the thing just beside the brake booster.

Anyone knows?
