where do i get a lightened flywheel for my 1.3 engine with a 1.0 gearbox?

Why not use the 1.0l flywheel. It's already lightened by 2+ kgs. Otherwise you'll have to get a machine shop to do it for you. Mat Humpries can give you info on lightening also.

I am looking for the same and for a 1.3 with 1.0lt gearbox combo.
I have sent a question to those from eBay almost a month ago but no reply..
I am thinking of TTV but these are too lightened for every day use (2.8kg) o think. Lead time from TTV is around 2-3 weeks.
