Where can I get a Steering Wheel Boss Kit?

Can anybody point me in the right direction for a steering wheel boss kit for a Nissan Micra 1989 GSX.

Also how much heavier (harder to turn) will the steering be if I replace my large stock steering wheel with a 330mm diameter new one? (No power steering fitted on this model) I know this question is very subjective question, but I do not think the steering is 'heavy' on my car at the moment.

its in VERY good condition.
was only on the car for 6 weeks,

if really wanted ..
I can get a pic up in the next day or two.

postage would be about 5 extra or free collection...
