i have changed the engine in my car an now when i turn the key too on position , no lights on the dash come on not even a noise from the engine only a buzzing noise from the big blue fuse beside the fuse box on the drivers side at the dash ..? i can hold the blue fuse an feel where the buzzing coming from its the very bottom blue fuse.. any ideas maybe what this is would be a great help.. it coming from the 3rd blue fuse ???
