wheel spacers or adapters

im after putting wheel spacers on my car to get a wide stance, im looking for 20mm+ or possably the same but adapters to ford fittment, so does anybody know whare i can get them and roughly how much? cheers

Wont the wheels stick out too far? My alloys only just fit under the arches atm.....
