Wheel and Alloy Questions?

I am looking out for some alloys for my 2001 micra sport,

so ive found out i need 4x100 for the nuts
15" should fit no problem and fill the arches nicely
and i need 35-45 offset

does 45 offset make the tire stick out further and 35 sits in more, or the other way around, does this even make much of a difference?

and what width range should i be going for?

also can i just then get any 15" tires that fit the width?

A lower offset will stick out more.

ET35 will poke out 10mm further than ET45.

You can get any tyres you fancy. 195/45/15 is a good choice for 7" wide wheels

Tyre size is width/profile/wheel size

The width is measured in mm

The profile is the height of the sidewall and is calculated as a ratio of the width. For example, 195/45/R15
The sidewall is 45% the width of the tyre. 195x0.45 = 87.75mm tall.

The last number is the size of ze wheel
