what do i need to fit these?

im wanting to change my seats for something a but more suportive would something like these be easy to fit or will i have to get the welder out?

cut some of the padding away ?

A 'foamectomy' as we called it in MX-5 land. Works too. Good mod if you like being buried deeper in the cockpit (I do).

i feel really high up compaired to my golf might give cutting the foam a try ive got a spare passengers seat anyway
