Well think its finnaly gone!

Was relocating my airfilter today so it bedns round the left of the rocker cover and sit just behind the grill!

But after doing so my car is struggling very very very badly to idle properly!

I do not think its anything to do with wer we have located the filter becuase its still sucking alot of air in, I was told my air mass sensor was gone wen i had it rolling road tested so im gessing my Tb is now coooput and needs replacing!

Has anyone bought one of those recond TB off ebay, the 'mitsikuo ones"?

AS i need one like now as my car is stuggling wen driving but not enough for it to stalll yet!

Jas i fitted one monday from scrappers... did the job... them reconditioned ones will be fine, but a bit on the pricey side...

my symptoms were poor acceleration above 30mph and Kangerooing at around 2500+ Revs, just real annoying and slow...

straight TB change sorted mine but i also changed the Fuel filter...

i was gonna resolder the TB but dont have the equipment, if you do may be worth a try... theres aguide in the guides section...

could be a simple vacume pipe has come off or is disconnected

oh well i bought the TB last night anyways as it was only 100 quid with 2 years warranty!
