weird squeaking part2!

when i start the car after its been stood a while , e.g in the morning there is a wierd high pitched noise squeaking but it is coming from around the belt area. however once i have drove for 5-10 mins it goes away

any ideas???

or the hamster not ready and catches a foot but then soon catches up speed and gets the wheels going smoothly
