weird rattle in 1st and 2nd

Ok I nneed some help please,
I've just had the clutch replaced in my k11, and since then I've got a number of issues,:
First is when pulling off in first and reverse the car gives this shuddering like it's about tp stall but it's not as it has plenty of revs, could this be a loose mount or the clutch bedding in?

Second and the most worrying is in first and second once it reaches about 2000-3000 rpm under load I get this awful rattling/grinding noise? Only have noticed it in 1st and 2nd but could happen further but can't hear it due to road noise?

Any ideas?

Hmm, well there,s no "bedding in" needed so something,s amiss eh !

i would remove the inspection plate and have a butchers. was it lined up properly with an alignment tool or by eye?

pretty much these guys have said what i was thinking.......... not lined up properly
