Water on the seats and trunk after rain

Hi everyone
After heavy rain, I saw that the back right seat was wet, as well as the trunk.
Car: Nissan Micra K12, 2010
I checked the drain and it was crean.
Do you have any idea what is the best to do?
Thank you

Hello, and welcome. Best thing to do is pour some water on the boot lid or rear door ect and try to locate where the water gets inside.
This could be an easy fix once found.

Know areas are around the two tail lights or rear lights.
The door handle sometimes can be a spot to check..
This was in my case what filled the spare wheel area with water.
And also check around the door rubber seals at top and around the rest of door.

I just pour water on from a bottle or hose pipe.
The check from inside for accumulated drops of water.
What seems like not a lot can overthe course of a night or long down pour can soon add up to a wet carpet or seats.

The door handle can be resealed if found to be that and door rubbers can be replaced and sometime if one has been seated incorrectly is easy to fix.
The rear light clusters have foam padding behind them this can be replaced you may need to find a water proof material tho to make own if they are not holding water outside the vehicle.

And that's about all I have hope you find the problem and prevent getting wet rear seats in the future.

If its 5 doors you may also want to check the rear doors and windows also.
