water from sunroof to hole in passnger side

okay so i searched the formulas, and more tell you how to find it or if it a drainage problem somwhere else.

any way i i poured water on sun roof, near there little pin prick holes, and after two minutes of that, open passnger door to find water gushing thought the metal hole in the passnger side just below the door.

it sounds like your drainholes in the sill are blocked (there,s about 6 along the lower flange)

what a lower flange, and where abouts is the sills, and how do i unblock,
